Delivery Conditions

Delivery with GLS Service in all Hungary:

The expectable delivery time is 1-2 working days. If we can transport the products late or cannot deliver at all, our colleagues will get in contact with the customer. The 48 hours can be counted only from receiving the message ‘The parcel is ready’, not from sending the order. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the GLS service will retry to hand the parcel the next day between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (It is worth providing an address where the customer is available in this period.)

In case of Cash on Delivery, the driver of the GLS service will hand the parcel only after receiving the amount on the invoice. The driver will fill in a C.O.D. receipt on the payment in two copies, one of which is given to the customer. If any problem might occur, the customer can prove with the receipt that the amount had been paid. On Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays there is no delivery.

If the diameter of the parcel exceeds 3 meters, overcharge has to be paid.
Diameter = 2×height + 2×width + 1×length. The overcharge for an oversize parcel is 1300 HUF.

Receiving in Person

The cheapest way of receiving your parcel is to come to our customer service in opening hours. Of course, in this case we do not charge any transportation cost.

Delivery with GLS Service in the countries of the EU (way of payment: transfer in advance):

In case of payment in advance, we always send a copy of the invoice in e-mail. Please, before receiving this e-mail, do not transfer the amount to our account number 10403181-50526687-55891009 at K&H Bank Zrt. In the note, please, present the number of the invoice, because it identifies which parcel you are paying for.
